SHREDDER focuses on raising the heart rate. While our other classes include set times for each station, Shredder is based purely on how long it takes you to make it through the posted workout. It’s up to you how hard you want to go!
SHREDDER 2.0, like the original SHREDDER, still focuses on raising the heart rate. We section out this workout of the day and break up the clock into sections. Once you finish a section we provide you a variety of bonus rounds to keep you working until the clock is up. Everyone finishes the class at the same time.
Working you top to bottom! Having trouble staying motivated on Friday ? We love to offer team or individual challenges on Total Body days to keep you pushing through the week! These classes include stations on the manual Woodway curve treadmills and Concept2 rowers!
Full Body Strength is the perfect total body class to kick off your weekend! This class is designed to allow you to go slower, focus on form, and lift heavier!! It's an opportunity to progress and learn new skills! We spend a minimal amount of time of the treadmills and rowers compared to our other Full Body class!
Great start to your Sunday Funday! The Sunday Circuit is taught in pairs so bring a friend or introduce yourself to someone new in class. You and your teammate will be led through a series of 26-30 one-minute stations combining both anaerobic & aerobic exercises to build lean muscle mass.
SPF classes are outdoor classes that we host while the weather is favorable. 50 minutes of step variations, plyometrics, sprints, races and everything else that’ll maintain those summer bods in the fresh air and sunshine! They will take place in the back parking lot at SHED unless otherwise indicated. You can pull around back and park in the indicated spots!
Bring a water bottle, a mat (if you have one), and a towel!!
Cardio Crunch classes are core focused! At least half of the class is comprised of stations on the manual Woodway curve treadmills, Concept2 rowers, or running outdoors if the weather allows. The remaining time is spent doing core targeted exercises.
